The Program
StackandStudio Enquiry Updates is the text message program run by Stack & Studio (StackandStudio), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We use it to follow up with people who contacted us through our website: replying to your enquiry, scheduling a call, and sending your quote and project updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through it.
How You Opt In
You join by ticking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form and sending your enquiry with a phone number. The box is never ticked for you. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you can send an enquiry without it.

Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies with your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or tick the box on our contact form again.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email us at hello@stackandstudio.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We handle your phone number and the rest of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
